NO ONE IS CROSS TRAINED. OFTEN THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON WHO KNOWS THE JOB. IF THAT PERSON GOES ON VACATION IT JUST MEANS THERE WILL BE MORE WORK UPON RETURN
