I met several people I'd be working with. I didnt find out until later that when they said the company grooms talent from the inside they were exaggerating.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like working with the people at AECOM. They are mostly qualified and pleasant. There are morale issues from time to time that come from working for such a large operation.
