Annual bonus and raise opportunities that arent just 0.5% or 1%. They are usually more significant.

Basic salary and medical benefits

The cash options are very fair.

THERE ARE MANY BENEFITS AETNA OFFERS, I ENJOY THE MANY DIFFERENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR FURTHERING EDUCATION WITHIN MY FIELD

Review from Operations Dept

Very underpaid and raises/bonuses are not worth anything.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They offer a good compensation package including 401K and insurance. The pay is very fair.

Review from Operations Dept

I'm paid fairly well, they seem to try to keep everything at market value rather than individual value but it's not bad.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay better for the amount of work and stress you go through

An higher pay fir the extensive amount of work

We literally still have to pay a $2000 deductible before we get any coverage from the health plan. At the least they could have mapped out a plan with copays for their own employees.

Yes I feel undervalued with my many years of experience in the industry

Review from Admin Dept

This company makes you feel like you are never doing your job to standard, when we are met with policy changes weekly and have to learn them, only to havecthem change again. The low pay does not outweigh the stress this job creates.

Comparable salary for market. No high deductible helath plans.

better more proper training, setting people up for success.

Base compensation more on performance

comparable roles are NOT paid the same and mgmt refuses to address these inequities.

Pay me the equitable amount or more since the benefits are bottom of the barrel for a fortune 4 company.

HIGH deductible whilw paying so much per month in premium. Stupid wellness programs, just give cheaper insurance or lower the premiums. No sick time bank, taken out of pto balance even if state mandated sick time.

Bad health care benefits, ok equity

Yes, work both medicare and commerical cases initial and concurrent reviews

Review from Customer Success Dept

Only cost of living raises for the last 11 years I was there, they averaged .5%-2% please check yearly inflation rates to get the joke. Price of benefits exceeded increase in "raise"

Pay me for the actual work load. Not like im a teenager working at a grocery store..

There is little to no career development and top executives make huge amounts of money whereas that falls of precipitously.

I don't belief any CEO or Executive team is worth north of 20,000% compared to the salary of its average employees.

Review from Finance Dept

No encouragement or employee involvement on changes.

I don't necessarily feel undervalued. I believe that they should do more research on cost of living in the cities they do business because the starting wage in my area is not a realistic living wage, which is what they promoted when I was hired.

Higher hourly wages and more support from management
