Being able to actually people with their health insurance and any issue that arise.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too many system errors , turnovet rate too high

Super busy! Adding more agents to answer calls would help. But getting them the correct training first would help EVERYONE

Teams are Understaff, overworked, underpaid.

The core services are not trusted

Be nice to members and stip treating them like a paycheck.

Management needs to change. Supervisors need to be cleaned out and exchanged for kind, knowledgeable, experienced and caring supervisors.

Cleaning house from top to bottom amd replacing with good, honest and credible employees.

There would have to be a Management sweep from top down.

They need to get it together. case loads are outrageous because people are tired of being treated horribly

Productive quotas for nurses does not take into account all you do. We are not robots

At the time I was a permanent employee, the complaints were constant and outspoken. It was on a daily basis. Stop the complaints first off. Then use that pent up energy for constructive criticism and improvement if there is a problem related to the work process.
