Not good at all. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Only a select few coworkers who actuallcare about their team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Cleaning house from top to bottom amd replacing with good, honest and credible employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing at all. Supervisor and management are horrible and genuinely do not care for the well being of their team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. They need to clean house and actually bring good, honest management in. My direct supervisor needs to be demoted. She plys favorites, is condescending and acts like shes in highschool.. Very petty work environment to say the least.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually holding interviews. This company is so desperate, they never interviewed me nor many of my team mates. They just called and stated we were hired. Very desperate and i ahouldve taken that as a sign to steer clear of this company.
