20 year employee, When I first started it was a wonderful company to work for. They cared about their employees, room for growth. It changed slowly, after the CVS takeover, the environment became emotionally draining
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Only cost of living raises for the last 11 years I was there, they averaged .5%-2% please check yearly inflation rates to get the joke. Price of benefits exceeded increase in "raise"
What are some of the best things about your team?
Foxhole mentality, it was an endless cycle of "whose turn is it to be on the edge of a breakdown?" And the others helping that person. Until management overwhelmed us with work so much we didn't have time to form team connections
