Horrible. No good benefits, work to live, no work life balance, no promotions available to you, no legitimate bonuses fiven to employees, no sick time as its taken our of your pto balance even if your state mandates it. Mediocore pay.

Everything, rhey nevee listen to people that work for them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We work good together, but for a comapny that doesnt care about their employees. We make those above us so much money that lines their pockets and we dont get a dime.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HIGH deductible whilw paying so much per month in premium. Stupid wellness programs, just give cheaper insurance or lower the premiums. No sick time bank, taken out of pto balance even if state mandated sick time.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
You apply for a position internally and you arent even given an interview, just sent qn email that you are not considered anymore. Whats the point in applying as an internal candidate? They want you to leave.
