They cracked down on overtime, and there has not been any for almost a year. Meanwhile we are technically behind on requests. Bonuses are small but the company makes billions per quarter. Benefits are great and probably the only thing keeping me there.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home, benefits, talking to my regular providers that call, and most importantly helping people obtain the services they need.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to do better at less micromanaging, and helps ng with the processing aspect. And taking ideas that could help production improve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people that i am on a team with are awesome we work well together and find ways to laugh to make the stress better. And one of my team leads is amazing she goes above and beyond, explains things thoroughly, and is is always ready to assit, so tgat i can be better and the others be better...
