What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very supportive of my higher education goals and continue to push me to learn new skills while allowing me time in my day to do so.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the support of my managers and coworkers. While I don't really know any of them, as in we have never met in person, I feel like they have my back at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers work well together as a team. We support each other very well and have each other's backs. But it is very hard to get to know each other when we all work virtually and have never met in person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the company as a whole, CVS Health, earns massive profits each year that they could use to pay us a higher hourly wage, making me feel more valued as an individual employee for the work I put in each day. While they do offer a high match for 401(k), the benefits could always be better.
