very tacky people get hired. Morals and integrity have left.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
since we are over worked and underpaid its not that fun to be around
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
understanding what their employees are going through. There is no compassion for the employee's yet they expect us to bend over backwards for their customers.
