What did you like most about the interview process?

It was fast and to the point.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The positive thing is the comfortable rest areas and lunch areas. However, that did nothing to improve the attitude of the people there.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was treated horribly even though I was a permanent employee there for a long time. If I was to ask for help they did not want to help at all.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need an improvement in attitude and not complain every day they walk into the place. They have no social skills to express what improvements they would like so the work could go more smoothly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

At the time I was a permanent employee, the complaints were constant and outspoken. It was on a daily basis. Stop the complaints first off. Then use that pent up energy for constructive criticism and improvement if there is a problem related to the work process.
