Better management training benefits for emoloyees under bloom are horrible
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Their 3rd party subcontractors like BLOOM horrible management horrible training and lay half their employees off after AEP right before christmas no matter how hard you worked how sad!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Manage your subcontractors better they give AETNA a bad name my whole group of friends and family have swore aetna off because I was fired right after AEP and right before christmas. Despite my 6 10hr shifts despite me not being able to take lunches or breaks all throughout AEP even working 10hrs
