Consistency. my caseload was impossible to keep up with and kept changing

They need to get it together. case loads are outrageous because people are tired of being treated horribly

I worked with an amazing team of girls but our supervisor never had it together and was far too scatterbrained

The lady had compassion and encouraged me to be there for my members. my supervisor became upset when I did.
