The most positive thing about the culture and environment of our company is the ability to be able to get support across the organization and how everyone is always willing to help and pitch in. We have a very supportive culture.

Alida has an all inclusive culture. Your voice is heard no matter what level of the organization you are. Though I've only been on Zoom throughout my entire employment at Alida, the environment is inviting and fun but at the same time fast paced.
