Turnover rates of ahn employees are way to high for anything to be fixed right now

Communicate, hire experienced employees reward employee for good behavior, discipline bad behavior, management needs to step in and help where and when needed
After 6 years of being really underpaid, and having to get a union to fight for better pay our salaries are much bette.. not the best but much better. Don't think they could afford to pay us what we are really worth!
Everybody needs to come in and do their jobs. Not worry about others jobs. That way their work actually gets done and that keeps the ppl that work hard from having to pick up their slack. If their doing there job then they would stay busy and off their phones
It all starts with management . if their doing right, then your staff will be happy . It rubs off on one another but it has to start somewhere and it is with management. Enforce rules. Quit letting staff with no power boss others around. Clickiness be staff/managers need to go
