We were an acquistion that didn't go so smoothly, but as time progresses, everything is being put into place and running like a better oiled machine than the beginning.

I like the 401k match. Health benefits are comprehensive with nice options.

Coworkers work well together. They are all willing to offer a hand when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My current manager is extremely flexible and understanding of family obligations. Management above her isn't as knowledgeable as I would like. The company ship isn't run as tightly as one would think for a large organization.
