I love working for AHN as a whole. I find they employe some of of the best people. They also employe some of the worst. The bullying I experience on a daily basis has me on medication I would not have been on. I am now in therapy to learn how to deal w/ such a negative working environment .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love working with our Patients. It makes me proud to see a good outcome when we help a patient get better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel happy to be working for such a great healthcare company. I am sure no matter where I go benefits may differ here and there but overall I am satisfied.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel that the staff and I (PA, MA, PAC, Scheduler) that runs the flow of my physicians tram all work well together. We listen to what each other says and we help each other out.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have a manager that does not discipline at all. She talks about others in the office and makes a terrible work environment. If she is talking about my coworker line that to me. What is she saying about me ?
