Decent base salary and good annual bonus potential

Being able to have work/life balance. It is encouraged by my manager.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Questions covered everything from values, culture fit, team fit, job specification, and had some time to get to know each other.

They kept it to one day, which was helpful considering that I had a job and couldn't take a lot of time off to attend in-person interviews.
