Brief experience so far, but positive. The company can do better with compensation and benefits. CPI is up considerably over the past year and company needs to have an appropriate COL raise to cover this for employees. PTO should be unlimited. 12 days after holidays isn't enough.

Variety of tasks and responsibilities. Not having constant deadlines.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership seems to have the interest of their employees in mind and have been accommodating through the COVID period.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare discounts based on individual health markers is a positive benefit that I have not had at other companies.
