Overall, I'm satisfied with my job and have no plans to leave. Compensation could be higher compared to other companies. Teams need to be looked at to balance workload as burnout is present in my team.

Executive leadership is engaged and most people seem to enjoy the company and the work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Core team members are great and we work great together. We tend to carry certain members though that can't keep up which results in a large workload for the core members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Team size is small compared to work load that is expected to be done. My leadership is not pushy though. Compensation is lower compared to what is being offered by recruiters. Healthcare package is good.
