I have thoroughly enjoyed my work at Ardent. I have been with the company since 2013 and can honestly say I have never been dissatisfied or disappointed.

I am part time (semi-retired) so currently do not have benefits, but feel I am compensated fairly with my salary.

Several of our team are remote; when we are able to be together we have a great time bonding over work and recreational activities

From my perspective there doesn't appear to be any intra departmental drama or conflict between team members. Everyone seems to work together and support each other pitching in when and where needed.
