Benefits, some co-workers, and direct managers are great. If you are a hard worker you will be asked to take on others' work. We definitely do not have enough Epic staff to support the amount of hospitals that we own.

My direct manager cares about our team and always goes above and beyond to help us any way he can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like my direct manager and director, they are extremely personable. I have a couple of really great co-workers that I consider good friends.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a couple of extremely strong team members that are always willing to help. We also have several weak team members that get no consequences when promised work is not completed and it falls on others to get it done.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our AVP is extremely hands on and we are often called into meetings with executives but are given no time to prep for the calls. Executives always come first even while operations run the business. We jump and build things for executives and typically when we check the usage is so small.
