I work at home and offsite, so I can't really answer this question.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Keeping premiums paid by employee as low as possible, company participation in premiums, keeping prescription drug prices reasonable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO at Ardent is totally involved with all employees by keeping us updated on every aspect of the company. I've never worked for a company whose CEO is as involved as Marty Bonick.
