I think that there's a lot of drive to do better in every meaning of the word.

Everyone seemingly care about the mission of the company, and I think that's very inspiring and encouraging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I'm underpaid in my role and I'd feel better if I received a raise.

Everyone's very kind and I think for the most part everyone's pretty competent, which is SO important in collaborating.

I love most of the members of my team - they're intelligent and united in the goals of the team/department/company.

positive exchanges, being recognized for a job well done, connecting with others, seeing maximum results from the work I've put in
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's so much transparency with the leadership team, I feel like they always want to share what they're working on and have every employee truly understand what's going to happen going forward. It's also very apparent employee retention is always on their mind, in a genuine, caring way.
