Im not getting paid. We have been saying this for every survey for 2 years. No one reads these things. No real changes are made.

We keep things professional in our interactions.

Openness when meeting with staff

We work together to get things completed or caught up

I couldnt say what the culture is but care for employees is not there

We have members of the team that pull more than their weight they are flexible and ready to learn.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Im doing senior level analyst work but I don't have the pay or title. This has been over 6 months.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Im not getting paid. We have been saying this for every survey for 2 years. No one reads these things. No real changes are made.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

One of the 1st community meetings that covered covid the leadership openly discussed punishment for employees who contracted covid. I lost all respect for leadership. They showed they do not care about the employees.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We have no standards. We need more staff. We need people to follow our processes. We spend more time correcting things that were not submitted properly. Staff requesting more access than they need. Incomplete or vague requests. Cerecore not triaging tickets properly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Insurance benefits are for Ardent facilities. That does not help me if I'm in Tennessee. We are not being paid fair market value for the work we do. We are understaffed and back logged. Leadership is not innovative when in it comes to keeping staff. We lost faith in leadership during covid.
