The respect everyone has for each other. I feel like everyone is comfortable with asking each other questions and know we value those questions, love learning, and supporting the success of each and everyone on the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The new leadership team seem to be prepared to help change "the old ways" and take us to the next level of growth, maturity, and standardization for the success of the company. I'm SO excited for it and to support this leadership!
