Patient care and safety comes first at Ardent. They also demonstrate that work/life balance is important to achieve that goal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They realize there really is no "I" in team and we stick together and help each other. My team members genuinely care.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The perks are not the best I have had but it's better than quite a few others at other companies according to family and friends. I like being able to cashout some of my PTO when I have not used that time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ardent does care about family/work life balance. In my experience a lot of companies only care about the company and not the health and happiness of the employees. It's all about that bottom line. Ardent understands the risks associated with that.
