I am a remote worker and find that every "fun" promotion at work is very corporate centered. Pet photos, crazy sweaters, etc. the "winners" are normally corporate based. How fair is that?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They like us to speak with one another and seem to encourage interaction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having healthcare is good. The gym memberships is not something I would use.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They appear to be more progressive and wanting to diversify our company. I appreciate their efforts.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to manage my work myself. If another team member is doing something interesting, I am invited along.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have good communication. If someone says, "Don't hesitate to call me," they really mean it. There is a wealth of knowledge and we are willing to share.
