PTO is generous, ability to get discounts on insurance, although I wish the criteria to fet the discounts hadnt changed

My manager makes my job worth doing, she is supportive, compassionate to our work/life needs, stands up for us when needed and her clinical background reiterates rhat all lf our work is for our patients.
