I am only a few months in but so far it's been good. It's a very corporate culture which can be pretty boring at times. But there are times where it is fun. Just not really where I think the modern job market is heading - for instance i still haven't seen anything about maternity leave, etc.

Everyone has fun while getting the job done.

Hearing that i did a good job from leadership and my manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not really sure i have a good answer for this. Dont have anything bad to say but also nothing super positive. Just neutral.
