Feeling like I made a difference that day. Meeting the needs of the patients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are mostly hard working people who like to get things done. Very motivated to do their job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They raised the minimum wage for low paying workers to $15 but didn't raise those a little over that pay scale any. Seemed a bit unfair.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEO has great goals for improving our patient satisfaction and is very proactive in making himself available to all employees. He is a very positive individual which helps the overall morale
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very personable and have made visits to our department to listen and share with the staff. They take an interest in our department and are encouraging to us about the work we are doing.
