Working for Ardent has been a privilege. I feel extremely fortunate to be here and what to continue to earn my spot. I know what it's like to not be appreciated at work and so I can appreciate the Ardent experience more. The positive work environment and team atmosphere gives me purpose.

I love my job! I wake up everyday excited to see what I can accomplish. I've grown more in the 4 years with this company than I have in the 15 years of my career prior to coming to Ardent. I'm truly honored and humbled to be part of such an incredible team.

I love to build strategy and solve problems. Moving the needle and measuring my/my team's contribution in a meaningful way.

Fair pay with bonus and merit pay is the best part of compensation. I feel the benefits are good but pricey.

My team is full of positive solution focused individuals. They focus on what they CAN do instead of want they can't.

Being productive is what makes me the most happy at work. I feel like to work I do matters and is appreciated.

I feel like the culture at Ardent is very inclusive. They value everyone's opinion and actively seek feedback from employees to continue being the best.

I love the team culture we've created. Our values are expressed in everything we do. It's more than teamwork it's growth. We learn from each other and it makes us all better. We're high-performers, eager to do more and be better. It's wonderful knowing what I do matters.
