I do like Ardent, but the corporate PTO policy needs big improvements. Accruing PTO for salaried employees is not competitive. We also don't get any sick time or EIB which for being a healthcare company this is absurd. We use PTO days for holidays, and I don't like getting paid monthly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The workload is too much. No work/life balance. The time off policy for corporate salaried employees is awful.
