I have been in many positions over the last 3 years and have tried to learn and grow in my career. There has been opportunity for growth. When given the opportunity, it has been taken away for no reason. I don't feel this company supports its dedicated employees.

Clear communication for ALL employees for ALL shifts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance is very expensive compared to the pay we receive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fair policies for ALL employees. Favoritism is overwhelming in this unit of the hospital. The staff is running the unit and when they don't like something they choose to get rid of the leader instead of attempting to make any changes that will help the unit.
