The majority of the department works from home, which could easily make an employee feel like they aren't part of a team. BUT we are a team and I see teamwork, collaboration and support throughout the team on a daily basis.
1) managers trust my work-ethics and allow me to work without questioning my every move. 2) The team environment is exceptional, even when are communications are via teams or virtual meetings 3) Positivity, encouragement and support from our leaders
Ardent focuses on internal equity in many departments, but I based on what others are paid in my department, I believe I should be making a higher hourly rate. Managers have shared that we should expect a decent pay increase, but we have yet to see it or receive any information on what's to come.
