Its been rocky in terms of leadership, team members and workload as well as lack of opportunity to promote. However I have a great boss and majority of our team is fabulous so that makes it worth coming every day!

For the majority our team is willing to jump in and help and work as a team. Some are not.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of engagement of a portion of executive leadership, negative environment in some locations/departments. Need buy in and visibility of executive leadership so that employees can feel like they care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
How promotions or changes in titles etc have been given to others without the thought of the rest the team or those who have more experience etc. If they could evaluate pay for the work ethic and experience including all the travel that would be great.
