Leadership at Ardent is very transparent and makes it a point to involve key people/departments in decisions and process changes that affect them

There's a real sense that we're all working toward the same goal. There's not a culture of finger pointing and blaming. Everyone is very collaborative and forgiving.

My team is competent and always willing to share ideas or help one another. It is a great group of supportive, non-toxic individuals who I really love working with

Our leadership team has created a great culture. I feel safe and supported. I am able to be open with my manager and know my questions or concerns will be taken seriously, without any negative consequences
