Flexibility to manage my work load appropriately, opportunity to collaborate with others on projects, being heard by leadership on proposed new projects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders listen to your concerns and support suggested solutions. They are transparent in conversations pertaining to the growth of our company and changes being made.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Tuition reimbursement was increased to $5250, I appreciate having access to a flexible spending account, 401K is in alignment with competitors. I appreciate the opportunity to work remotely.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Considering our team is spread across the Country, we have a very collaborative team, it doesn't feel like we all are remote workers. I genuinely care for each of my team members and I am confident they care about me as well. We go out of our way to help one another.
