After two years there is little to no connection with my Executive Leader. We have lost several leaders and while that can be a typical business casualty there has been no change management and no effort on the part of the leaders, outside my direct manager, to get to know me or the team at all.
There are active law suits outlining issues with leadership and many of the items cited so far are things that we have directly spoken up about. We were not listened to nor do we feel heard. When speaking up is met with warnings not to speak ill it can be hard to feel connected or that you matter.
