Overall good, but the pace is very fast and the company does not always bring in the help needed to turn around quick projects or meet business needs. I appreciate and value the company, but I also wish that leadership would recognize when we need help and make it happen.

I love the Gulch building and all of the engagement events. It keeps things fresh, and there's always some way to take a break to get your mind of of a stressful piece of work if need be. The events and amenities also communicate to me, as an employee, that my happiness is important to my leaders.
