People are truly authentic and care about others.
The ability to work from home.
Their ability to have clear goals of what's needed.
The team works very well together and truly cares about eachother
There isn't a person on my team that I don't trust.
I don't feel like everyone is paid the same at my level.
They continue to show support by highlighting key areas of focus and providing motivation when needed.
