We all have different backgrounds but share common goals of doing the best work possible. Our diverse backgrounds help us offer unique perspectives, but we all come together with a love of what we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture encourages cross team collaboration and branching out into other departments to understand how they work. This allows you to get to know the people around you but also explore other internal career opportunities, which you're encouraged to pursue.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have worked here 4 years and never had a bad leader even once! I love our Everyday Leadership methodology and think it's super effective. I love feeling cared about as a human being and the willingness to work with me and my needs. I have grown so much here!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the Gulch building and all of the engagement events. It keeps things fresh, and there's always some way to take a break to get your mind of of a stressful piece of work if need be. The events and amenities also communicate to me, as an employee, that my happiness is important to my leaders.
