What do you like best about the leadership team?
They very clearly articulate the vision of the company so that we have clear goals to rally around

My salary is high, my bonus is meaningful, and the 401K match is the best I've ever had in the tech industry

I enjoy when our team gets to connect in-person. The team off-site was great and so was traveling to Boston for All-Star Academy.

Great work perks, even if you are fully remote they find a way to make you feel connected (sending care packages on employee appreciation day, welcome package, etc)

Being analytically driven seeing creators that have performed well and driven spikes in accounts for us is great. I also really enjoy my 1:1's with my manager.
