Allowing subordinate leaders to lead and eliminate the culture of "do it and don't ask questions".

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Fair compensation and executive leadership that cares about truly leading and not only managing to a numerical goal.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Job coding, banding and related compensation is inconsistent across the company negatively impacting merit and often preventing promotional salary increases

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Display a strong work ethic daily, become knowledgeable on up and downstream processes, engage peers and impacted parties before implementing changes.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Executive leadership has taken decision making away from mid-to-upper level leaders and decisions are made based on the fire drill of the day. There must be trust in the leadership team and a proactive approach to decisions.
