All of it really. It all adds up but my base salary is pretty great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our work environment in my branch is pretty good thanks to a good manager and staff but overall at Bank of America it is not good. Morale is down and retention is low.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The bank is going all digital but they are moving too fast. Not all customers want to do all their banking electronically. The bank is losing their personal customer service experience especially by cutting staff. Staff are becoming overwhelmed and overworked with the cuts they have been doing.
