People is not happy and everything come from leadership

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They need to stop with the sales pressure and care more about employees . This is not more about clients and is sad to see the this is becoming just about sales .

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Value more the employees and stop with the sales pressure . I work in another financial institution and the pressure that the leadership put into employees is bad I will tell said that most of the employees in Bank of America are not happy they just there because they need the job

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the amount of stress and pressure in sales we have and the amount of work we put is just bad . Bank of America is going in the sma path like Wells Fargo it will not surprise me to see Bank of America in the news in a couple of years .

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They need to stop with the sales pressure . They are constantly threatening to side everyone. It is not a nice work environment. You never feel like you have job security and their expectation are unrealistic. You have a lot of barriers that don’t allow to do your job and perform the best you can.
