We all get along and we all try to make sure each day go smoothly. We have a great team environment. We truly care about each other.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making sure the right people are in the correct position that matches their skills. Have better planning for when associates call off sick, go on leave or are on vacation. Have more employees for these times so the financial centers don't suffer & our clients continue to get excellent service.
