I think they do a good job looking out for the future of the company.

The benefits are great but the 60-80 hour workweeks aren't fairly reflected in salaries/bonuses for analyst/associate-level employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers are the best thing about my job. I have a great manager who looks out for his/her team and fairly delegates work across the board.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of the company is pretty competitive among teams. I feel comfortable and trusting within my team but everyone is always on their toes around other groups.
