They need to stop pushing sales I understand it’s a profit organization but they need to be more human and care about customers.

You have to stay late for conference calls so they tell you how to sell a 3hd credit card to someone who can’t even pay the2 he already has. You miss time with your children and family and if you don’t do your goal you simply going to get fired
