
The interviews didn't feel overly formal.
They do try to work with you on work life balance.
Stop asking us to sacrifice when they do not. It is not all about the company there are employees here too.
They continue to ask more of us but that doesn't show up in compensation. They believe that throwing a benefit that we can't use is replacement enough.
Our compensation structure has nothing to do with company performance. We actually do worse when times are good. We only talk about performance based compensation but in reality it does not happen
